I enter the serial number exactly as shown on the card (i.e., the card that came inside the box with the KU11upg installation drive). Whenever I launch Native Access, it automatically asks me to enter the product serial number for Komplete Ultimate 11 upgrade. The USB drive is attached to my computer. I ordered Komplete Ultimate 11 upgrade directly from NI. I am a longtime registered Komplete Ultimate user (8-10). However, Native Access is behaving differently in my case.

I just bought the Komplete 11 Ultimate as an Update (History: Komplete 8 -> Komplete 9 Ultimate Upgrade), so I am allowed to buy and activate the latest Update.
